I'm 26, a wife for 6 years and the mother of one little girl, Kesiah and a new baby boy, Dalen. I'm a nurse and I love what I do. I enjoy working trauma the most! I love God, guns, family, my country, football and hockey. I enjoy rifle shooting and hunting. When I get super stressed, you can find me in the kitchen-I love cooking and baking!

As I mentioned earlier, I enjoy shooting guns. A program that I have become involved with combines two very important things to me: shooting and American Heritage. The Appleseed Project hosts 2-day events in which participants can throw 400+ rounds down range while learning how to use a US GI sling and gaining the skills to qualify you as a Rifleman. Participants also get a good, no sugar-coating history lesson on the events of the battles of Lexington and Concord and how/why The Revolutionary War took place. This isn't the history your learned in school, kids, this is the real deal. Alot of our lessons come from the book, Paul Revere's Ride. I encourage you to check it out and to check out www.appleseedinfo.org. If you're not in love with the path this country has taken and want a chance to be a part of something that is working to get our country educated about what we were founded upon and the blood, sweat and tears that went into it, Project Appleseed is for you! You can also see my hub on Project Appleseed.
